Our shows & activities start around 19:30 and always end by 22:00.

After the shows on weekends we have a DJ to keep the crowd dancing until 2:00!

On week days between 1 and 2am

On weekends at 3am

Depends on how crowded the bar is!

As you can imagine we get a lot of lost property at Tipsy so unfortunately we can’t look for each individual item that we are contacted about. The best option is to go into the bar when it’s open and ask the door/bar staff to have a look for you. Please choose a time when they aren’t so busy. Usually just after opening around 18:30 is the best time. Please use the contact form or an insta DM only if it’s a valuable item like a wallet, keys or your phone. 

• There is one step into the entry. Let our team know if you need assistance and they will gladly help to put out the ramp for you.

• We have an accessible toilet.

• For our shows, the Tipsy Bear staff can assist with creating a place up the front if you require it. Please arrive early or let us know in advance is possible.

Our ticketing is through eventbrite. Some events in our program are ticketed and some are free entry or pay-to-play. Have a look at the specific event info to find out. All drag shows are ticketed and it’s best if you can pre-purchase your tickets in case the show is sold out. However, we always have tickets available on the door (cash only), we just recommend you arrive early to make sure you don’t miss out. 

From 22:00 on Friday & Saturday nights entry is 4€ for the DJ Set. Other nights are Free after 22:00. 

Every Gay Tuesday & Lesbian Wednesday is FREE ENTRY all night.

The regular ticket price for shows at Tipsy is 15€. However, to keep our venue accessible we offer a 10€ price for those who need it. It is an honesty system. 

Yes, the lesbian night is made for lesbian, dykes, sapphics and trans people to enjoy the bar and thatincludes brigning their friends.

Everyone is welcome at Tipsy Bear always, even when some of our babes are taking centrestage.However not all behaviour is welcome. We have door & awareness staff who uphold our values and monitor our safe space during the evenings.

If you are a seasoned performer please send any show concept pitches with links to your work via the contact form in our website. We book our hosts months in advance and they mostly take care of their own lineups. 

If you are a new or new-to-town performer we recommend coming to our Open Stage nights and introducing yourself to the hosts/contacting them after you’ve seen the show.

Yes, this is a smoking bar. We have a ventilation system which is always working that makes the environment appear less smokey than other smoking bars. We have a few events that are smoke-free.

Very rarely we can accommodate some requests for private events if they are community events planned early in the afternoon/evening or have the budget to support us. Please send any proposals through our contact form.
